Delta Bingo is the largest bingo operator in Ontario, with 18 locations across the province. Traditionally associated with older generations, bingo has struggled to attract a younger audience. Their outdated website, confusing user journey, and lack of event information made it difficult to engage new players unfamiliar with the game.
