We are looking for a Marketing Automation Coordinator with a passion for digital marketing to join our dynamic team! This is a full-time position for candidates located within drive time of our Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

- You are comfortable working in CRM and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, and Salesforce

- You are interested in automation, AI tools, chatbots, and digital marketing technology
- You enjoy keeping CRM data, reports, and marketing systems accurate and organized

Responsibilities
Project & Retainer Support
- LinkedIn Rapid Connect
- Create client profiles in LinkedIn Rapid Connect.
- Assist with campaign creation based on approved project requirements.
- Input approved campaign messaging and search criteria.
- Build labelled reporting pipelines to support campaign tracking.
- Create client report decks using approved templates and campaign data.
- Conduct list cleanup to support accurate campaign execution and reporting.
CRM Platforms
- Create custom fields within CRM platforms as assigned.
- Build list segmentations based on approved criteria.
- Create subtemplate emails within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Build and update reporting dashboards.
- Report on lead form submissions.
- Conduct lead sheet cleanup and upload cleaned lead data into HubSpot.
Reporting & Optimization
- Perform assigned reporting, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance where possible.
- Assist with building automation dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Automation team to identify performance trends and insights within automation campaign data.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure automation campaigns comply with CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PIPEDA, and applicable data privacy regulations.
- Follow internal CRM governance standards and documentation practices.
- Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive client data.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate time, task, and project tracking in Forecast.
- Document workflows and automation logic when required.
- Continue developing technical expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.

Requirements for the role
- 1–2 years experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM administration, or campaign operations
- Experience using marketing automation or CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing campaign deployment
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and lead lifecycle stages
- Experience with marketing reporting dashboards or analytics platforms is an asset
- Understanding of CASL compliance and email marketing regulations is considered an asset
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
