Delta is the largest bingo operator in Ontario, with 18 locations and a loyal in-person following built over decades. But as entertainment habits shifted and digital expectations grew, they faced the challenge of reaching a younger, more connected audience.
Bingo was being seen as outdated, and Delta’s website wasn’t helping. The user journey was confusing, the design felt tired, and key event details were hard to find. The brand wasn’t showing up the way it needed to, and the experience didn’t match the energy inside their venues.
