As I let this glorious beverage heal my soul, I’ve been reflecting back on the incredible start our team had to kick off the second half of 2019. The Candyboxers came in swinging.. and that may be an understatement!

Here are the cliff notes for the month of July:

New Campaign Manager

This month, we welcome Josh to the Candybox family!

Josh has joined our campaign management team to help businesses succeed in the world of online advertising.

Yup, he’s going to crush it!

New Brand Manager

Humble bragging is allowed here, right?

I started my 8th year at this marketing agency by transitioning into a new role, as Candybox’s Brand Manager, and I couldn’t be more excited!

What does this mean? Better conversations and greater solutions.

While working on website and marketing projects, I spend a lot of time thinking about our clients’ brand and identity. This new role allows me to work with our clients to help define their brand, voice, culture, and successfully bring it out to market through design, video, and storytelling.

We also have a handful of internal initiatives up our sleeves, but I will save that for a future post!

100k Subscribers on YouTube

As much as we love celebrating client victories, we get equally as excited when our team hits a personal milestone!

There were plenty of high fives in our studio when our YouTube expert, Tim, surpassed 100,000 subscribers on his music production YouTube Channel!

Tim (Omito Beats) has been part of the Candybox family for over 3 years and it has been an absolute honour watching him build an empire as a professional music producer.

Here’s to the next milestone!

Sidenote: do you ever get so mentally occupied that you start automating your caffeine intake? I ask because I raised my mug in celebration and realized that it is now completely empty.

The Shh Project

The video and production team may wreak havoc on me for this leak, but they may just be too busy to read this post. So here goes:

There is so much creativity, passion, and collaboration that circulates under this roof, and I have accepted the fact that I am unable to put it into words.

The Candybox Team is working on a special project to give you more than just a sneak peek at the agency life. This is one of many initiatives that we will be rolling out during the remainder of 2019. We can’t wait to share this with you!

I’ve said too much.
