We are looking for an experienced, creative, and skilled SEO Coordinator with a passion for digital marketing to join our dynamic team!

The SEO Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the successful creation, curating and management of relevant SEO data for clients that meet and exceed client contract expectations.

This is a full-time position for candidates located within drive time of our Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

responsibilities

  • Work with clients in a variety of industries
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords for client website content.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices to optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and URLs.
  • Perform ongoing technical SEO audits to identify and fix website issues that may impact search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to develop SEO-friendly content strategies that align with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
  • Generate regular reports to track SEO performance and communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders and internal team members.
  • Follow all department project management processes (Monday.com Boards, Toggl, Google Drive, Slack, Zoom and email communications)
  • Stay up to date with new strategies and case studies.

requirements for the role

  • Marketing Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Easily learns new software (Reporting, tracking etc)
  • Proficient in an Apple and Google Drive environment.
