The Senior Director, Client Leadership will provide executive leadership across Candybox\u2019s largest and most complex client partnerships while helping shape the future of our Client Leadership function and contributing directly to agency growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/h2>\n

    As <\/span>Senior Director, Client Leadership<\/b>, you will provide executive leadership for Candybox\u2019s most important client partnerships while helping shape the strategic direction of the Client Leadership function.<\/span><\/p>\n

    You will remain actively involved in major client initiatives, but your impact will extend beyond individual accounts. You will help drive <\/span>enterprise client growth, agency expansion, financial performance, new business and the continued evolution of how Candybox leads and serves its clients.<\/b><\/p>\n

    Agency Client Strategy<\/b><\/h3>\n

    • Shape the long-term strategy for Candybox\u2019s client partnerships.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Guide integrated marketing strategy across enterprise and strategically important accounts.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Partner with Executive Leadership to align client strategy with Candybox\u2019s broader growth goals.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Identify emerging client needs, marketing opportunities and potential service innovations.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Provide strategic oversight across the agency\u2019s largest and most complex client programs.<\/span><\/li>\n

                      • Extensive experience working directly with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Proven track record of growing significant client accounts and long-term client value<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Demonstrated experience leading major new business opportunities and strategic pitches<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Experience overseeing account revenue, pricing, budgets, scopes and profitability<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Experience providing strategic leadership across integrated marketing disciplines<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Proven experience leading and developing senior client-service or Client Leadership professionals<\/span><\/li>\n
