We are looking for an experienced, creative, and skilled Senior Manager, Client Leadership to join our dynamic team!
As a Senior Manager, Client Leadership, you will be accountable and responsible for the successful management of selected key client accounts resulting in continued client retention and profitable growth. You will be responsible for the creation and development of successful campaign marketing strategies for clients from a variety of different industries.
The successful candidate for this position will have the following skills and abilities:
- 3+ years Agency experience as a Senior Manager, Client Leadership (Account Manager/Supervisor) or similar
- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Professionalism
- Digital marketing experience to deliver on client marketing goals and ROI
- Leadership of accounts, across departments, providing account strategy creation, development and implementation
- Ensuring performance is tracked and targets are met
- Monitor performance analysis and offer recommendations for optimization
- Manage ongoing account adjustments necessary to maintain continued account success
- Work collaboratively with Candybox departments to deliver continuous improvements on client account performance, within budget and on time

responsibilities
Relationships (Client + Candybox)
- Develop and cultivate strong “trust based” relationships with existing clients
- Cultivate positive and supportive relationships with internal teams
- Contribute to the constant improvement of Candybox systems, processes, and tools for maintaining successful key account management
Account Management (Team Members)
- Lead the day-to-day oversight and team execution of ongoing key digital marketing accounts and campaigns to meet client’s digital marketing objectives
- Foster collaboration with team members in developing optimization/marketing strategies
- Manage team members to ensure budgets are being kept or adjusted, along with timelines and deliverables
- Identify account and campaign “roadblocks” and provide support to the internal team members on solutions to ensure continued account success
- Liaise with internal Team Leads in support of planning and prioritizing to assist in execution of client marketing strategies
- Collaborate with team members to analyze and assess client account situations and strategize solutions
- Take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision
- Foster and create a safe and positive environment of collaboration where team members can express their ideas and work together to succeed on projects
- Lead weekly stand-up meetings, brainstorming, monthly touch points, prepare and present meeting agendas and conduct meeting wrap-ups and follow-ups
- Monitor, interpret and analyze digital campaign reports and account performance data with the support of individual service owners – i.e. social/campaign team set-up, report and share with the KAM
- Consult to Senior team members and Team Leads on platform/service strategy to ensure best practices are being followed
Client Leadership (Account Performance)
- Lead the strategic account planning process with cross department collaboration and present to the COO and CEO annually
- Secure and drive quarterly top-to-top business review meetings with key accounts
- Compile data to capitalize on and close upsell opportunities
- Provide recommendations to clients, based on performance data, that result in successful marketing results
- Synthesize metrics and related data into information understood by varying levels of digital acumen for both clients and Candybox team members
- Develop and provide client focused communications on campaign performance including effectiveness, targeting and strategy
- Quickly analyze data, troubleshoot off track campaigns and identify the most effective strategies/tactics to yield the fastest path to ROI given clients’ budget
- Lead and liaise with Team Leads and necessary stakeholders for successful acquisition of assets, access to required accounts, and lead discovery intake questionnaire or meeting for successful client onboarding experience
- Develop and present marketing briefs for internal stakeholders and lead project brainstorming for successful Candybox onboarding experience
- Develop and present the process for successfully offboarding clients in order to maximise the opportunity for future business
- Work closely with Team Leads, COO and CEO on new initiatives as needed

- 3+ years Agency Experience
- Marketing graduate or relevant experience
- 2+ years experience with SEO/SEM, PPC & content strategy
- 2+ years of experience with CRM software
- 2+ years of experience in campaign execution & project management experience
- 2+ years history of hitting clear KPIs and targets around revenue and results
- 2+ year of account management experience
- Easily learn new software (reporting, tracking etc)
- Proficient in an Apple and Google Drive environment
