The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible and accountable for the implementation, execution and ongoing management of the Marketing Automation service offerings for clients.

This is a full-time position for candidates located within drive time of our Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

responsibilities
- Work with clients in a variety of different industries to establish a social schedule
- Provide Marketing Automation management for client accounts
- Administrate our Marketing Automation marketing and sales automation system, including reporting, data clean-up, tracking and deployment of sales enablement and marketing programs and activities that align with our business goals and objectives
- Plan, build, and optimize Marketing Automation portals (Hubspot primarily, but may include Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, Mailchmip and other industry recognized tools)
- Create lists as requested using marketing segmentation, creating buyer personas, buyer journeys, lead scoring, etc.
- Execute successful Marketing Automation onboarding that lead to long-term client relationships
- Work with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and CMS
- Drive digital transformation, business growth and utilisation of Marketing Automation
- Conduct effective data entry of information
- Maintain and manage all information in CRM systems
- Ensure all communication activities are entered into the system, and information is up to date
- Manage our Marketing Automation system, including all platform updates and on-demand reporting / dashboard creation
- Create templates and activate Marketing Automation modules to ensure the sales and marketing tools are fully utilized to optimize results for the client
- Ensure confidentiality protocols are following when working with sensitive data for clients
- Maintain knowledge of department processes and procedures to ensure adherence
- Create dashboards and automations
- Conduct ads analysis with Campaigns Team at Candybox
- Perform ongoing SEO work within Marketing Automation
- Track and analyze leads and revenue on marketing channels
- Create marketing and sales related reports
- Onboard new team members into the Marketing Automation system and train on the use of Marketing Automation and marketing automation tools
- Continuously improve the overall user experience of our Marketing Automation workflows and processes
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation CRM functionality
- Stay up to date with new strategies and case studies
- Maintain up to date Toggl and Monday Boards as per department process requirements
- Manage and provide monthly reports to clients

- Be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Marketing Graduate or relevant experience
- Hubspot Certification
