O’Neil Data Systems is a leader in data driven publishing and delivery systems. They offer the latest technology and systems in multi-channel document delivery and marketing communications.
Every day O’Neil Data produces, repurposes and delivers millions of time-sensitive documents in both electronic and printed media. Their flagship product is called OneSuite. It empowers their clients with an online platform for document archiving and marketing communications functionality. They currently serve numerous Fortune 500 and other companies in the healthcare, financial, automotive, entertainment and retail industries just to name a few.
O’Neil Data engaged Candybox Marketing in January 2010 for a new web presence and an online lead generation system. Their new website and web presence launched in late September 2010.
Candybox Marketing worked closely with their executive team to create and launch a web presence that was consistent with their 27 year history.
The Candybox strategy for O’Neil Data was to properly educate their new customers on their value proposition through video, an interactive blog and a simplified product offering. Although the website is now larger than the one previous, customers are easily able to understand what O’Neil does with a few clicks, and easy to read content.

Candybox Marketing will continue assisting O’Neil Data by performing online Campaign Management programs for them month after month. The campaign management efforts will utilize Pay Per Click strategies and Google Analytics to drive targeted prospects to their site with the goal of producing real conversations with with sales staff.
